PayPal`s liability is limited with respect to your PayPal account and your use of the PayPal Services. In no event shall PayPal be liable for any loss of profits or any specific, random or consequential damages (including, but not limited to, damages due to loss of data or loss of business) arising out of or in connection with our sites, software, systems (including any networks and servers used to provide any of the services PayPal) operated by us or on our behalf. all Services PayPal or this User Agreement (regardless of its origin, including negligence), except and to the extent prohibited by law. We use multiple names for payments that may be managed by a settlement agreement – including “automatic payments”, “subscription payments”, “recurring payments”, “referral transactions”, “pre-authorized transfers” or “pre-approved payments”. Any payment sent to you may be subject to a reverse booking, payment verification, limitation, reservation or holdback as provided in this User Agreement. Once you have provided us with your payment order, you cannot cancel it unless it is a payment order under a settlement agreement (see below for details). If you used Pay with Rewards to fund your transaction, your refund will be refunded in dollars: depending on your card agreement with your issuer, your issuer may or may not credit your purchase to your premium account. Granting permission to third parties to access your account in any way does not relieve you of your liability under this User Agreement. If you meet the requirements to participate in the nonprofit certification policy and are either a “public charitable organization” in accordance with Section 509(a) of the Code or a “Private Operating Foundation” in accordance with IRS rules, you may be automatically registered with PayPal Giving Fund after acceptance of this User Agreement. We have sent you an email confirming your registration. Your relationship with PayPal Giving Fund is governed by the Non-Profit User Agreement, including receiving emails from PayPal Giving Fund about its current and future partners on its programs. You can log out of email communication at any time in your PayPal Giving Fund profile. If you are not registered or would like to receive donations from PayPal Giving Fund, you can unsubscribe at any time by contacting us. For more information, see the giving fund PayPal guidelines. We may ask you for information if we reasonably need it to facilitate our measures described in this User Agreement, reduce the risk of fraud or comply with our regulatory obligations (including anti-money laundering). You must respond to these requests in a timely manner.
