The registration of collective agreements (CBA) is closely monitored as an indicator of harmonious labour relations and industrial peace in the country. Collective bargaining is a process by which both parties, work and management, agree to define and manage conditions of employment that must not be below the minimum standards set by law and define a mechanism for resolving parties` complaints. This agreement will be available as a collective agreement for new employees who do not apply to employees whose positions are excluded under the above clause, in accordance with the Employment Relations Act 2000. The parties also agree that the option of severance pay may be considered on a case-by-case basis at any stage, depending on the circumstances and the agreement of the parties. Temporary workers are only covered by certain clauses of this agreement. The terms and conditions as contained in the collective agreement, which may apply to temporary workers who are members of the EPI, are contained in Appendix II of this agreement. 7.8.5 For workers who are already entitled to long-term leave under previous collective agreements (see Article 13 of the basic conditions), this provision does not diminish this right and this provision will not allow for the doubling of rights (for example. B periods of service cannot be counted twice for long-term leave granted under different rules). Some members do not have a collective agreement in the workplace or their profession is not covered by the collective agreement. In these cases, the EPI will assist members in negotiating a fair individual agreement with their employer. For all other workers, they will increase by one step further on the new scale, where a stage is available, unless, as agreed between the parties, there is a different approach to translation in the first year of the agreement.
The objective of the consultation is to reach agreement and make recommendations to management that, where possible, takes these views into account before making decisions. After confirmation and agreement between the Executive Chief and PSA on reassignment, when vacancies are still vacant and candidates are PSA members, the employer and the EPI will meet to assess the skills of all employees who do not yet have a position and to reach agreement on the process for appointing new positions. 7.5.4 For workers with irregular work patterns under the Public Holidays Act, an agreement must be reached on how their leave (and what is considered an ordinary week) is allocated before permission to work part-time. Permission for leave must be granted by both the manager and the hr. This agreement must be recorded in the personal file. The purpose of the AdUs is to clarify and be transparent about the tariffs for which additional payments are made and the amounts to be paid. The objective is also to ensure consistency and to recognize the additional tasks that the staff under this agreement could perform. This procedure for registering additional tasks is also intended to support further planning and development within the organization and to reduce administrative costs, as units are issued for a period of one year or more. Casual workers: – means that a worker employed by the agreement means that the nature of the relationship is an occasional employment relationship “if necessary”. The employer advises the employee when he wishes to work (although there is no obligation for the worker to work if the worker wishes, yet another obligation for the employer to offer a job to the employee).
